“Guest parking is excellent. However, on street parking or parking in lots is terrible. Those not staying in one of the hotels in Canal Park are forced to walk distances worthy of a marathon. Wish this could be changed. We have stayed at the Hampton many times and love it. We will be back.”

“The hotel room is gigantic and has many industrial finishes (the entire hotel is built in an old Duluth warehouse, right in the heart of the waterfront plaza full of eating, breweries and night life! Hotel parking lot was full of cars that did not have parking permits, probably going to get towed however we had to wait around to get a spot. Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. Lots of patrons were staying because of weekend weddings, so mixed clientele of families and couples.”
