“It was a good experience. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was clean. The lobby was nicely decorated. Two things could be improved: 1) Our floor halls had a slight smell of cigarette smoke that we chalked that up to it being an old hotel — another floor’s hallway had little or no such odor, so it seems nothing that carpet replacement would not take care of. 2) We parked on the upper level of the nearby ramp, which seemed safe. The lower level was poorly lit, so we did not park there……
