“Such a lovely welcoming place to stay. Breakfast was delicious as was baked good for afternoon tea and cheese platter on arrival- all included. Nice and quiet and in walking distance of everything. Only negative was the size of the TV - too small for the room size. Only an issue as we had a rainy afternoon which we spent watching a movie on Netflix. Would love to stay again!”

“A magical place in beautiful setting with unbelievable views. Lovely, charming staff and managers made everything easy and enjoyable. Excellent food with multiple choices and a tasting menu with wine pairings that was perfect each night, a great surprise given the small size of the lodge. Definitely one of my most memorable stays! “选择这间酒店作为我目的地婚礼使用的酒店是经过一番选择的，但实际住宿体验并不很满意。最大的问题在于热水供应。在我们没有做饭洗衣服使用热水，仅使用了一次洗碗机的情况下，当晚我们6个人入住，我是第四个洗澡，洗到一半突然没有了热水。第二天是我的婚礼，我不得不用冷水冲走泡沫，而我的老公当晚没有热水洗澡。而由于晚上8点后，客服电话就不会再有人接听，我们没办法得到任何帮助。虽然第二天客服很快回复说热水系统正常，可能我们白天用热水太多，但我们觉得难以接受。这间酒店注意事项很多，我们尽力遵守每一条，但一本书的注意事项，都不能提醒一下热水的使用问题吗？如果酒店可以允许6人入住，但一使用任何热水，就不够洗澡，我觉得非常不合理。在之后的几天，我们几乎不敢在洗澡以外的时候使用任何热水。”

Double charge and unauthorised credit card transac

"I paid to Hotels.com in full when I booked this hotel. The credit card transaction went through and I received the receipt. I was told that my payment has been settled in full during check in and check out. However, after i returned home, I found that they charged the credit card I gave them to authorise incidental expenses the whole stay again. I emailed them. They don’t care to find out if it is their mistake and just tell me to ask Hotels.com. But it were your staffs that told me my stay had been paid in full during check in and check out. I did not authorise you to double charge me. The credit card authorisation was meant for additional expenses! Why won’t they charge Hotels.com instead? And Hotels.com has not replied to my enquiry either. The whole experience is very bad. I urge you to be careful and avoid having similar nightmares ever."
