“总的来说酒店还是不错的。非常好的是室内就有温泉，公共温泉区域人很少。此外酒店非常有底蕴，看着就知道格调非常好。设施相对比较老一些，也是在预料之中。位置的好搭乘 Bus 可以轻松到达，坐登山火车 10 mins 之内可以到达。如果第二天到箱根车站坐车记得预留时间。”

“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”

“It’s a beautiful hotel located in a quiet nature area. Everything was really nice!”

“This place was amazing. The room was big and we had a beautiful view on the back forest. We had two choices of Onsen (outside and inside) and both were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for us. Because there was not of other guest, we were able to have one side of the Onsen for us instead of being separated man and woman. The night we had food at the ryoko was wonderful and te food was delicious. Our stay there truly was amazing and I would go back any……

“All the staff members are incredibly friendly. Although some of them had limited English skills, they made every effort to communicate effectively with us. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.”

“Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip.”
