“I loved nano suites and the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of Dimitry(manager). He helped me with getting taxis. Eri (helped with checkout and suggestions for transportation. Lina( made me breakfast every morning! It was delicious:) Ali helped me with my super late night check in and luggages. “The entire staff there was phenomenal. Christina, Catalina and Marco really made sure to accommodate our every need. They took all the pressure off us finding things to do. They booked all of the excursions for us and made everything very easy. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We even had bins to place our dirty clothes, which I loved!
