“Clean room, nice staffs, simple breakfast, great location ，there are 2 kitties walk around the hotel, so cute, love to play with them,”

“It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.”
