“今次是一個不愉快的經歷！我預訂此酒店時稱會到時才付款，共180歐羅的。當到達後如常入住，直至第2天，突然收到銀行訊息，酒店已過數190歐羅，於是向職員查詢(1)點解未曾征询我的同意就用我的VISA過數，因我原本想付現金的。(2)為何收取多10元歐羅？而職員當時回覆稱因我預訂時留下VISA Card資料才過數，該10元歐羅是我發咭銀行的。職員並拒绝我要求改為付現金。我返回香港後向銀行查詢是酒店要求付190元歐羅，而並不是銀行收取的，這事另我十分氣憤，並已向hotels.com投訴，調查仍進行中，希望能給我一個滿意的答覆吧！”

“Vi booket i utgangspunktet ett standard dobbeltrom for tre dagers Santorini opplevelse i Kamari, men hotellet og stedet var så fantastiak at vi forlenget vårt opphold ytterligere 5 dager.
