“We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. “Cabin is very cozy! We were impressed with how well stocked it as well. 7 adults stayed and we were very comfortable. Also a personal item was left behind and the property manager/cleaning crew were very helpful with communicating this and returning it to us. We felt very taken care of - highly recommend!!!”

“We went to celebrate a birthday…not much to do outside in the middle of winter but we drove to Rocky Gap State Park and Cumberland Train depot. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed a snow day the day we left! ”

“I came here because I was guided, and every way that you could possibly think of I could feel my soul wanting to be set free, but not the way it should be. I have been walking a path for many years spiritually and I was led here for I know who I am is where I was brought I was brought to the Appalachia Trail.
