“The suites was a great place to stay around Rome. It's a bit far from the general tourist items on foot but is easy to find some public transport (trams, buses, and regional trains). It is a bit of a ways with lots of luggage given the options but definitely worth for long stays as there is great food and connections around. “Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. ”

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight.
