“We stayed here with 3 couples for a weekend. House was very cute and clean. The guys loved the shuffleboard. The upstairs bedroom was huge and was like your own separate apartment. Very close to NDSU and downtown. The owner was very responsive and they came and shoveled right away in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We needed a place for 11 adults to stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. One suggestion would be to add a garage door code as the front steps were icy due to the snow that came the morning of our arrival, but that’s a seasonal thing.”

“Listing is ALL WRONG, IT DOES SMELL BAD LIKE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE POSTED. There is only 1 queen bed & the mattress is bad you can't sleep. The other bed is just a full size dirty mattress. The 1 other bedroom has a mattress but it's on the floor. The carpet is gross and smells bad too. And then there was the kitchen, the inside of the oven was so dirty from old food to burnt stuff. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside.
