“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”

Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!”
