“ホテルがクローズしていた。 トゥクトゥクで、場所を探してもらったが、場所が見つからず、電話すると、クローズしたと言われた。そんなことは、ありえるのか、とびっくり。せめて、宿泊前に教えて欲しかった。 こんなホテルが、まだ掲載されていること事態が腹立たしい。 返金はされるようだが、当日、このホテルを探した時間、別のホテルを予約し直さなければいけなかった負担や無駄な時間を思い出すと、何度も腹がたってくる”

“Proprietaire vous aide pour votre voyage, bonne cuisine sur place, a 5 mn de la plage et du centre du village. Hotel pas au bord de la plage mais les hotels qui le sont de tourte vfacon sont un peu en retrait.”

“Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another……

“Very close to jump off point for Pigeon Island. Budget room was very clean but very hot despite the fan. No ventilation and windows didn’t open. Check in and checkout were really slow. Was quite disappointed with the friendly, but exceedingly unhelpful staff - not what I would expect at this more expensive property.”
