The grounds and home were beautiful, and you could tell it was totally Joanna's vibe inside. “very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”
