“It was a nice relaxing stay ”

“We had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfy. Ken, the host was so friendly and accommodating. He even sat and visited with us for a while when we went to eat at the Asian restaurant just below our unit. The food at the restaurant was also great. We would stay again. ”

“Adorable apartment in downtown Dubuque. Close to Loras college which is what we wanted. Perfect for our family. Comfortable, beautiful old building that's well maintained and deviated nicely. The only downside - thr brewery below played music until 11:30 every night but not too the fault of the VRBO owner. There owner was very responsive and helpful! ”

“Fantastic. Wish more time to spend in the hot tub. The only draw back was the shared hallway with Charlotte 's customers ”

“A very unique property! It suited our needs perfectly! My own fault for not reading the entirety of the description- but there are 25 stairs - so caution to anyone with mobility issues. There is also a stair up into each of the bathrooms. I’m sure a quirk of an older building. Surprisingly quiet at night - even though both bedrooms face the street. There was a farmer’s market the Saturday morning we were there (we would hear people talking outside very early in the AM!) It was very easy to get……

“It was as pictured and the area was perfect. It downtown Dubuque and the farmers market was great and well as the Sunshine Family Restaurant. ”

“It was so cute!! The house is in a great location. The kitchen is top notch, the bedrooms spacious, the living room homey, and the bathroom has three sprayers!! The Wi-Fi worked excellent the first night but lagged a little the second night. I think it’s because a larger party arrived upstairs that day. ”
