“Came to Elkader for a quiet stay, not disappointed. Katherine and Michael were excellent hosts, unit 1 exceptionally clean and cozy. Hotel quality linens, modern unit with homey touches. Loved Michael’s breakfast in the morning. Ate dinner at St. Olaf Tavern, would recommend, short drive from Elkader. One block to Turkey River, nice areas to sit along the river. Elkader has other good restaurant options right in town.”

“Property is very clean, we loved how everything was labelled in the apartment. The stairs going up to it are quite steep so be aware of that if anyone in your party has mobility issues. “It was so cute!! The house is in a great location. The kitchen is top notch, the bedrooms spacious, the living room homey, and the bathroom has three sprayers!!
