“We had a lovely time staying in the old stone cottage. It was charming and comfy. We had a great time exploring the area, and enjoyed Vermont Vines wines and burgers very close by. Also MacLomain's Scottish pub in Chester. Grafton is a short drive away. Nice location. And the host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thanks!”

The only know is go shopping prior to arriving. We went to Shaws that was 17 min away. It was so grossly over priced. Maybe due to the remoteness of the area....other than that this was a fantastic getaway. ”

Great location, butting up against the Billiings Farm Museum, surrounded by two very old and nice homes, and not far from downtown Woodstock. Easy communication with the owner and manager. “This cottage is in a lovely, private spot. It was perfect for me to work while my husband attended the King Arthur Flour Baking School artesian bread baking class. We had one issue with the refrigerator losing power, we rigged up an extension cord to another outlet and had no further issues. Informed the management company via text, they did not send anyone to fix the faulty outlet but we did fine for our stay. ”

“This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. The cottage was clean and had everything I needed. Highly recommend for a quiet,……
