Das absolut einzige was ich diesmal reklamiere und auch schon weitergeleitet habe ist, dass sich die Türen nicht leise schließen lassen bzw. die Gäste sehr gerne die Türen ins Schloss fallen lassen haben. Mir wurde gleich neues Zimmer angeboten. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell und alle Mega nett. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sprechen dazu auch noch deutsch. ”

“Very nice hotel, majority of staff friendly and helpful, good rooms, amazing infinity pool. Beach area very tired and overlooked, needs new walkway, umbrellas and sunbeds, a total revamp. Main bar and evening area very open and if windy like a wind tunnel so can be quite chilly in the evenings, plus insufficient seating for the size of the hotel. Main restaurant not intimate, quite cafe feel rather than restaurant unless you manage to get seated in the slightly upper small middle section.……

“Staff were super friendly and very accomodating. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Food is lovely too. The only negatice thing is the noise from the beach bar down the road. “This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but……

“Lovely hotel and pool. However they were still renovating the pool area so there was a bit of drilling! The hotel room was small but ok, except for the bathroom, you had to fight with the door to get in!”

“Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend. ”
