“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“Ein absoluter Traum… wir waren eine Woche dort. Mega tolle Anlage. Super sauber alles. Super nettes Personal. Toller Service. Upgrade bekommen fürs Zimmer topppppppp. Das Zimmer lag 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und war ruhig gelegen. Essen jeden Tag ein Erlebnis. Frische in allen Ecken. Wer mehr möchte kann auch noch die Restaurants auf dem Gelände aufsuchen. HP hat uns mit Kind gereicht. Minimarkt war alles da was man brauchte.Tolles Abendprogramm und wer Ruhe wollte bekam diese auch. Immer……

“Villaggio con ogni confort, con molte piscine, perfetto per le famiglie, spiaggia confortevole. Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nicolina, responsabile della reserve service per il ristorante greco. Ci sono 3 ristoranti tutti a buffet. Fuori dal villaggio vi sono agenzie di noleggio ed escursioni. ”

“Our room was practically on the beach. Beautiful facilities, the front desk staff were very helpful and professional.we enjoyed our breakfast, Housekeeping provided us with extra towels for the beach. We will definitely return to Atlantis.”

“I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. “Very convenient for one night between ferry and flight. The apartment is spacious and efficient.”

“We stayed at this hotel second time and once again we were impressed with the attention, quality of service and hospitality of the management team. The hotel is located in Marmari village with easy access to the local buses to go to Kos Town or other destinations. If needed there are local shops on the main village road.
