“Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. “Really lovely week and would recommend to others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort and rooms are very clean. Great choice of food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served lovely Greek food. Around the pool we had no problem gaining a sunbed and it was quite spacious. ”

“Absolutely love this place. Wonderful location and very beautiful. Visited in late October so it was very laid-back and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nitsa at reception gave us some great advice for sightseeing in the area. Katrina in the dining room was very nice and provided extremely good service. Will definitely go back here again next time we’re in Kos. ”

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”
