“Prachtig groot resort. Veel faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ze geen niet rokers sectie hebben. Wij hadden rokende buren waardoor wij minder gebruik konden maken van ons terras. Een blok met enkel niet rokende gasten moet makkelijk kunnen als je zo groot bent. Maar verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.”

“The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay……

“We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. The front desk staff tried to assist us by offering another room, but unfortunately, the view was still not as we had hoped. Despite this, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay……

“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. The hotel is far from everything else, the town/……

“Nous avons passé 1 semaine au Mitsis Ramira. Le personnel est compétent, sympathique (mention spéciale pour Miltiadis) et toujours là pour trouver une solution (Merci également à Aphrodite). L'hôtel est agréable, mais il y aurait sûrement des choses à revoir : la grande piscine qui mériterait d'un peu de sécurité autour (passage à côté du bassin de 3m) et sols qui sont facilement glissants. Pour le côté écologique et pratique, des douches à la place de baignoire dans les chambres. Le buffet est……
