“Hotel rooms, pools and entertainment was really good However, the hotel is not by the beach… you cannot walk to it. Hotel is in the hills in residential areas. They do run a shuttle bus every hour 9-3pm only and that only takes you to working marina and it’s 20-30mins to kos town There is a couple of tiny stoney beaches but not great where bus drops you (you have to walk backwards from shuttle bus drop of) Bus often goes early as once it’s full, that’s it as it cannot take more than 20people We……

“It is pool hotel, if you dont like sea you can go this hotel, Foods are average, drinks and coctails etc are not satisfied, and good quality It was very crowded , it is long distance to go anywhere at the hotel, you should get shuttle in the resort, and no shuttle from hotel to city center. ”

“When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service……

“Hotellet er efterhånden godt slidt og trænger til en opdatering. Der er en shuttlebus på hotellet, som kan hjælpe dig til/fra dit værelse fra bunden af bjerget (stranden). Er man dårligt gående, kan det blive problematisk at komme rundt. Underholdningsholdet var fantastisk. Dejlig udstråling og børnene elskede det med aktiviteter fra morgen til aften. Dejlig nem ind- & udtjekning i receptionen med en meget serviceminded receptionist. Personalet i barerne samt restauranten lignede derimod……

“Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne mais n'est pas trop bien insonorisée (proche des animations donc calme à partir de 23h) Personnel correct. Repas correct mais répétitif, dommage de mettre des fruits en plastiques avec les vrais même si c'est pour faire de la décoration. Déçue du restaurant à la carte grec car c'est la même chose qu'au buffet mais présenté autrement. Hôtel propre et entretenu qui respect l'écologie, mise en place d'un système de caution sur les verres à la piscine pour éviter……

“Prachtig groot resort. Veel faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ze geen niet rokers sectie hebben. Wij hadden rokende buren waardoor wij minder gebruik konden maken van ons terras. Een blok met enkel niet rokende gasten moet makkelijk kunnen als je zo groot bent. Maar verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.”
