“The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay……

“Very nice hotel, majority of staff friendly and helpful, good rooms, amazing infinity pool. Beach area very tired and overlooked, needs new walkway, umbrellas and sunbeds, a total revamp. Main bar and evening area very open and if windy like a wind tunnel so can be quite chilly in the evenings, plus insufficient seating for the size of the hotel. Main restaurant not intimate, quite cafe feel rather than restaurant unless you manage to get seated in the slightly upper small middle section.……

“Schöne Lage am Meer. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte , wird ein Auto benötigt oder man fährt mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält.”

“The Facilities are superb, the weather was brilliant, the staff are second to none very attentive and helpful. The property and gardens are looked after very well. Our housekeeper was so good, we will be going back next year. ”

“It is pool hotel, if you dont like sea you can go this hotel, Foods are average, drinks and coctails etc are not satisfied, and good quality It was very crowded , it is long distance to go anywhere at the hotel, you should get shuttle in the resort, and no shuttle from hotel to city center. ”

“When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service……
