“I loved this place. I took my daughter, her husband and my 8 month old grandson to see the Grand Canyon. We wanted to stay somewhere peaceful, away from the hubub of Grand Canyon Village. We stayed for four nights in this home. The exterior is deceptively modest. The interior is anything but. Unlike like many places I have stayed in, the interior lives up to the photos. It has a tasteful minimalist design, clean, spacious and well-lit. The kitchen is well equipped. The three ground floor……

“My friend and I enjoyed our two night stay at this property and appreciated all the nice little touches (like snacks, water and even a Nespresso machine!) The views from the back deck were amazing and why we chose this property instead of a place in town. Communication with Padilla was quick and easy. However, the two things that felt misleading to us were the stairs leading from the driveway down to the front entry of the house, and the amenity that is listed as "Air Conditioning"- which does……

“The place had every thing we need”

“The road to get here takes some finesse. Very little neighbors and very little road traffic. There is a beautiful koi pond, fireplace and a hot tub outdoors. Inside is a cozy 3 bedroom with all the amenities to help assist you. Would definately stay here again and will recommend to others.”
