“We had two families with two younger elementary-aged kids stay for 3 nights at this property in Williams. Communication and pre-planning with the property manager was outstanding, and we did not hit any issues with the payment or reservation.Upon arrival, check in was very simple, easy, and the house was exactly as we expected from the listing. Kitchen was perfect to do some cooking, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to return back to this VRBO……

“We loved the location of this house and the yard for the kids to play in. You can see from the photos what the house looks like inside and it doesn't disappoint! It's adorable and well laid out - it functioned great for our family! Like most VRBO homes there are a few quirks but they weren't so major that we couldn't either fix it, or overlook it. “We ended up getting there in the midst of a big April snow storm. The place was warm and comfy. The living room had a nice big couch all of us could fit. Blackout curtains helped at night. Beds were all comfy. A few things that could be fixed was some of us are super sensitive to chemical smells. Whatever they use for cleaning is very strong and was affecting my breathing. And gave headaches to a few of us. The pillows were also very flat. No extra blankets for the cold days and mornings. But……

“This is a nice little "gem". It was our base camp (Glamp) 50 minutes south of the Grand Canyon area. We stayed 3 nights total after conducting business in Phoenix (3 plus hours south). We visited the GC Village on our second day here (all day). The first and last nights we drove 7 miles into Williams town center and enjoyed a few of the local restaurants. All were good/very good. You can do some small cooked meals and community grilling at the inn itself. We hope to get back here at the Inn……
