“This cabin was the perfect way to experience Mt. Rainier because it was so close to the park entrance but nestled in the woods for such a tranquil and relaxing getaway. The restaurant was wonderful and the whole process was easy. Highly recommend! ”

“We stayed at this property for the convenience of traveling into Mt Rainier National Park the next day. The cabin was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which made it easier to prepare meals. I did bring groceries from home as nearby selections were limited.”

“The photos don’t do it justice. I took my fiancée here for her 40th birthday. She loves mountains. Let’s just say it was a grand slam home run. This cabin, built single-handedly by a 70+yo man in the ‘50s is a gem. It’s beautiful, inside and out. Great kitchen, great bathroom. Excellent bed. HOT TUB! Gorgeous surroundings. Man. We always want to try new places and find new things but I have a hunch we’ll be back when the seasons change.”

“We stayed here for a girls hiking trip. The location was great. The house is located right outside of Mount Rainier and there were plenty of hikes within a 30 min drive. We were able to do a large group dinner within 5 minutes from the house. The house was quite large and we had plenty of space. There was one bedroom on the main floor. I loved that ”

“Pros: Great location. We were able to skip the long line waiting in front of the entrance to Mt Rainier National Park. There is lots of space and beds. Each person of my family got their own bed. Host was very responsive.Cons: The house is old as shown in the pictures. It is not the cleanest but not gross at all.Would rent again. The location outweighs any cons.”
