“The hotel room is very nice and clean. Also very convenient for skier as there is separate ski locker and dryer room entrance after you back from the ski resort. The dinner and breakfast is impressive and delicious! Last but not least, there is onsen in the hotel which refresh us for the next day’s snowboarding.”

“房間大，景觀一流，食物有水準”

“在車站行5分鐘便到很方便，酒店一泊二食都是自助餐形式都很豐富，不過附近很少商店和食店，最好自己買定D食物。”

“房間內沒有盥洗設備，洗澡是大浴池，好處是一人一床睡墊，睡眠品質不錯。”

“舊式日本酒店，但經過重新裝修，但有些部分明顯有歲月痕跡，員工服務態度很好，餐點不錯。似乎有旅行團入住，温泉比較多人使用”

“員工態度友善和親切、服務很貼地、他們會帶我們進入房間、講解酒店内設施和安排我們試穿浴衣。房外對望是河流、水流急行很壯觀、酒店内温泉是半露天、環景很舒適。晩上浸完温泉穿上浴衣便到大堂拍照、當時大堂燈光熄掉、本想回房間去、怎料堂燈光又亮起了、心知大堂當藉員工是特別為我們開啓、真覺得他們很體貼和不好意思、所以便立刻拍照和向他們道謝後便回房間去了。他們服務是超讚。”

“房間很大，雖然沒有禁菸房但開窗很快就沒味道，溫泉很棒!”

“Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :)”
