“冬季期間飯店有提供長野車站往返各一班的接駁車，需提前預約（至慢4天前），也有去白馬五龍雪埸的接駁車，去返各二班，入住時跟櫃檯人員預約，而且雪埸有飯店的休息室，滑累了，有地方可以休息真的很棒。是我們沒有自駕的好選擇，更別提星野集團的優質服務和餐食”

“Old Showa style minimalistic ryokan, but the room for 5 was spacepus (double room) and the tatami beds and beddings arw comfortable. Self-service to put the futon (which was no problem for us). Power plugs and Wifi were abundant. We were fine with steps but for eldery or disabled it may be a challenge. The hot spring bath was nice. The temperature may be on a hot side but i think it is pretty standard. The tub was indeed made of wood (I assume hinoki).The place seemed to have a fair number of……

“Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.”

“The hotel room is very nice and clean. Also very convenient for skier as there is separate ski locker and dryer room entrance after you back from the ski resort. The dinner and breakfast is impressive and delicious! Last but not least, there is onsen in the hotel which refresh us for the next day’s snowboarding.”
