“Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. ”

“20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です”

“The location of Apartments Hakuba was perfect - just a short walk to the ski lifts, bus stop & restaurants. The accommodation is pretty new so still in great condition - basic but clean. It wasn't as large as other 2 bedrooms that we've stayed at but was adequate for us & our adult son. ”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.”

“Host Marcos is really nice...the drive to supermarket is very helpful, the information for skiing is ample. The ski in / out is convenient, only a few steps away from the gondola. Will recommend to friends. ”
