“Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. “Lucas's property on Lake Laurel in Lennox was perfect for our familty getaway in the Berkshires. The house layout (4 bedrooms with two on the first floor and two on the second) really suited our needs as we had two adult couples and an infant. It was stocked extremely well which enhanced our visit and experience. The property is situated right off Lake Laurel in a very quiet neighborhood but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lennox which has numerous dining and shopping opportunities. ……

“I stayed with friends for a golf/fishing trip and the Lake House had everything we needed. An 18 hole golf course was directly across the street and Copake Lake was in our backyard. The back deck at the house was an ideal spot for eight of us to hang out, talk, and play cards and the pool table upstairs had the best pool cues of any rental I've had. Overall excellent stay in Craryville at the Lake House. ”

“We loved our stay. The setting is spectacular right on a pond with complete privacy yet so close to town. The host was warm and welcoming. The home was not only artistically designed but provided for all our needs. We are looking forward to returning for a fall foliage getaway. ”
