Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. The only downside was the staircase in the home is pretty steep, narrow and the steps are short in length. “This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. “This is our second time and no sophomore slump here! Just as we remembered.....linens were fresh, bed very comfortable, and towels were thick, soft, and absorbant. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we might need. The livingroom was just right for the space and loved the private deck off the livingroom...great for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails while watching the bunnies. We parked our car and walked everywhere.....restaurants and beach area were all a short walk……
