“We stayed there as a family for the long Easter weekend, to follow and cheer our son who was running in the Boston Marathon. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from Boston Common by car or transit. The house was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Susan was very quick to respond to all queries. A must stay.”

“The place was exactly as pictured! Clean and easy to access. Tons of extra linens around. I needed to message the property manager twice, and they responded incredibly quickly (within 10 minutes each time). My friend and I stayed here for a conference in town. Close to orange line- the walk did include a pretty decent hill on the way back home from the T, so keep that in mind if you are not super able bodied.Do be prepared they have a property manager and will reach out in a couple emails to……

“The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. “The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer.”

“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“This was a spring family trip to Boston. We chose Boston because we wanted to visit the historical sites. It was five adult travelers, so we wanted to have a place with at least 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a dedicated space to park our rental car. This townhome was perfect. The location was great near Fenway Park. Although we used our car, you could easily get around by train. Our hosts were responsive to questions and helped us with restaurant recommendations. “Such a unique gem, it will delight you in so many ways. Pictures are accurate - even better when you see it. Beds are comfy, decor is uplifting and beautifully done. My sister and I wanted to take my Mom away for a special treat for a weekend and she said she felt like she was whisked away for a magical week. Many restaurants are closed off season; we went to Island Kitchen 2x - fantastic! Could’ve easily shopped and cooked, but nah! Although it is walking distance to everything, mom’s mobility……

“Wow. This property looks amazing in photos and in person is 100x better. Everything in the listing was true to its photo. The property manager was amazing to talk to. We had zero problems with anything in the house. Our family of 8 was able to fit perfectly and the house still felt big enough for more! Overall 10/10 for this property.
