“We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and quaint. If you’re renting this property keep in mind there is no heat at all and no air conditioning in the main bedroom. We stayed during a chilly time so we were cold. Bring your own frying pan because the ones that are supplied are scratched up and pieces of the non-scratch material made its way into the food we cooked. Otherwise it was nice! The place is in need of a deep cleaning as well. ”

“Booked prior to the start of the season on the Cape, but no less a great time! The cottage was close to P-Town and even pre-season there was still a lot to do. The cottage is nice and perfect for a sibling reset or couples getaway or even a recharge with a friend. Communication was great and overall the stay was 10/10. ”

“My friend and I stayed at this cute cottage for nearly a week. It was immaculately clean, cozy, well equipped, and convenient to everything! Town, restaurants, big box shopping, and a beautiful beach!The back yard is private with plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate while we were there so we couldn't take advantage of relaxing on the back patio...but it would be wonderful if the sun was out!If I have the opportunity to return to the Cape, I would stay here……

“The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side, but our two families still had a wonderful time at this peaceful cottage. The house was exactly as advertised— cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the collection of books, games, and toys to occupy our kids (2, 2/12, & 3 1/2). Even the dogs felt at home in this tranquil home. We only wish that we could’ve enjoyed the deck and short walk to the beach, but it gives us a reason to come back! ”

“Loving the master suite! We get VRBO’s multiple times/year on island when we come to work in our store and this one is a gem. 8-10 minute walk from Old South Wharf. Clean, decorated so cute and we felt so at home! The flowers post Daffy were so nice!”

“My husband and I wanted a place to relax and reflect after our wedding weekend. This was perfect! Bright, clean, and simple with gorgeous ocean view. Spacious back deck for overlooking shimmering sea, by day. Sound of waves lapping shore, by night. We nearly had the beach to ourselves this time of year. Sweet cafes and restaurants easily accessible in P town, a short drive. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Grateful this place is shared!”

“What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking. “Perfect getaway”

“Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again. ”
