“We had the pleasure of staying here for 4th of July weekend. The price was reasonable for a holiday weekend as well as being one of the few places that allows dogs. They're close to a stop n shop which is great since they have a stove top, fridge and microwave available. There are beaches and plenty of great spots for breakfast close by as well as an off-leash area to walk your dog. We had a great time here and hope to book it again.”

“This cottage never disappoints! Great place to relax, refresh and spend time with friends and family. Decor is perfect and the view and dock are off the charts. ”

“The cabin was the perfect place to stay after our rafting adventure. Loved the oversized kitchen table. We were all able to eat together, play games, etc. Wish we had stayed another night to explore more of the local scenery. The owner was easy to communicate with through the whole process, and even went the extra mile to return an item to us that was left behind. Overall, a lovely stay.”

“I could not be more satisfied with the experience we had during our short stay. It was actually very nice to be more in the quiet Cove vs the main lake area… Paddling via canoe or kayak to the main lake area and swimming off of the island there was quite special.”

“This was our second time at the Sullivans' cabin. It is a wonderful property with beautiful lake views and a huge screened porch. The kitchen is well equipped and there are tons of fluffy towels. It's a great spot if all you want to do is relax, swim and kayak. Northampton is 20 minutes away if you need good restaurants or nightlife.”

“We LOVED the layout of this house! We could get together for family time when we wanted to, and retreat to our own private areas when necessary. The use of the kayaks and the easy walk to the pond was just what we wanted for our kids and grandkids.”

“Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!”

PLEASE READ.While the cabin initially appeared promising in the photos and seemed fine upon nighttime arrival, it quickly became apparent the next morning that the property was in unacceptable and deplorable conditions. I attempted to contact the host BUT I have received no response.The cabin was noticeably dirty and dusty throughout, with a thick layer of dust along baseboards and corners in nearly every room. Our whole family began sneezing just a short time after we arrived but……

“The cabin is charming, rustic, and a perfect getaway for a birthday or romantic weekend trip.The pollinator garden is truly a delight, and I loved watching them in the morning. The garden has even motivated my partner and I to start one at home.I wish that the mosquitoes were not present as well, but they are to be expected during the summer in MA.Overall, the stay was amazing. Marci was super sweet and left some nice gifts for my birthday. I definitely want to have another stay here again!”

“We walked into the house and were greeted with the wonderful smell of the pine log cabin. Everything was sparkly clean and beautiful. It was conveniently located a short drive from our white water rafting excursion. Highly recommend !”

“This house is adorable and was perfect for our stay over a camp visiting day weekend. Our teenage son loved the loft area. The house is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. While there was not any air conditioning, even in the middle of summer the Berkshires cool down at night so we were very comfortable during our stay. We did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub - but a nice addition. This house is located about a block from the lake and we walked down and were able……
