“We had a wonderful stay at Feliz's home. The house was immaculate and very well maintained, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The deck is a beautiful space, with seating and a large picnic table, and a great grill. The downstairs is cozy, one large space with the kitchen and living area all together. There is no indoor dining table, so for 7-8 people to eat dinner together, it has to be at the table outside. There is a nice counter in the kitchen for breakfasts and……

“My group stayed here to celebrate my fiance's 30th birthday. We are from the area and wanted to stay close. The location was perfect for a night at Pats Place. The house was beautiful and large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was very accommodating & helpful. He made sure the pool was opened & cleaned (even early for us!), offered us an early & late check-in/check-out, and was very communicative and friendly.”

“Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot. ”

“The home is exactly as described. Pristine, clean and beautiful! The pool was great for cooler / rainy days. Our family and especially children spent hours swimming, sitting on the back deck and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The beaches are minutes away with a long list of activities all within 30-40 minutes - whale watching! Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. Wonderful places to eat nearby. Finally - I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the homeowner. Every question was addressed……
