“On the location was beautiful and the host was responsive. Everything was clean and seemed to be maintained to a family host standard. We had three adults and two in elementary age children. I especially enjoyed the office space because I did have to work well on the trip and the ability to close the door and to have the connectable monitor was great!!! I would love to stay here again!”

“The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer.”

“Everything was great! Our host was very quick to respond if there was a question. Plenty of room for all 5 adults (and then some). The only negative about the location is pulling out of the driveway. Easy enough to deal with though. For us, the proximity of this location to our family and friends for this visit was great. 20-25 minutes at most whether going into Boston or heading out to family in the suburbs.”

“We stayed at the property for four nights and it was as a base for our daughter's college tours in Massachusetts. The property was located perfectly for us. The location is both secluded and close to all amenities like groceries, trails and other natural attractions. The property is perfectly setup with charming touches, nicely furnished. It has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Bedrooms are cozy with good closet space. All the rooms has TV so we could watch different sports……

“Great location, the house is really nice and clean, the view is amazing and the location is perfect, close to everything but not too close, too bad we didn't stay longer!!! ”

“We had the most amazing time at Gail’s place. It was even more special, more beautiful, cozy and welcoming than the pictures or descriptions could capture. It is a home, in the very best of ways. Especially in early Spring volatile weather, when it was perfect to be cozy inside, cook, play games, rest. The beds were all comfortable, as was the seating, the space. Kitchen stocked, bathrooms abundant, and everything exceptionally clean. I almost recommended coming when the weather is bad, to take……

“The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again.”

The rooms are spacious, beds are large and comfortable with lots of pillows, kitchen is well-appointed, bathrooms clean and spacious as well, with lots of towels and even make-up removal washcloths. We had 6 adults and one child in our group so that 2 full and 1 half bathroom met our needs really well.When we had a surprise snow storm (in April!), Denys responded to our call immediately and remotely unlocked the garage so we could access the snow shovel! “We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to transit and a bunch of nice restaurants. We came to run the Boston marathon and it was a great location for us. The place was clean and perfect for our group of 5. Would recommend!”

“A very nice, clean, spacious New England home. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with. We live in Florida but my wife and I are originally from the area. We went to visit family but knew we needed to find accomodations for our family of 5. The house was perfect and if it is available the next time we visit we'll definitely be staying there. ”

“The home is in a nice and safe location. Lovely exterior and interior. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linens and plenty of absorbent towels. Very clean.Hot water is slow to heat up in sinks, showers and bathtub. House needs to add more kitchen flatware - there were only 5 teaspoons, 1 tablespoon, but sufficient forks and knives. Also would be nice to have a non-plastic tea kettle.Please add indoor mat at back door to wipe shoes and avoid puddles and dirt……

“Thank you for our little stay-cation! The property was beautiful and was exactly as expected. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. My only wish was for more mirrors for us all to do our make up. But we made it work. ”
