“We had a great two night stay. The rental was clean and as advertised in the listing. The location is great with your own parking space. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will stay again if we have a need in this area in the future! ”

We loved the variety of great locally owned restaurants and shops in the neighborhood ((just head up Harvard and Washington streets). Note: Boylston is on a very busy street, and there is a lot of light coming in through the white mini blinds from buildings surrounding this one. So earplugs and a sleep mask are recommended if you have sensitivity to street noise or light.”

“We stayed durinig Marathon weekend to run the marathon on Monday. The unit was perfect for our size and very comfortable. The living spaces were surprisingly larger than expected, very comfortable with lots of space to spread out and relax. The place was freshly updated and very well done. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and we were able experience Boston living. We would definitely look to stay again if find ourselves back in Boston. ”

“Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”

“Would definitely stay again! Spacious living area and bedroom. Love the sofa and the very comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the bedroom made it wonderful for sleeping. Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom.
