“Property was very nice... everything new and freshly renovated with some nice guest-oriented touches...very quiet and private lot, but the bathroom and bed situation not ideal for a large crowd of mixed ages and sexes. Only one bathroom upstairs with so many people staying upstairs not the best layout and there were not any top sheets on the beds...only bottom sheets. Not great as some people do not want a bedspread near their face if it doesn't get washed after every stay.”

“Location was good. Close to T and easy to get to Boston. Stairs are steep in typical New England style. Shower door would not stay in place, so had to hold it with towel. The big issue was it had mice! The host gave us traps, but it was hard to enjoy with them scurrying around”

“The property is decent. The floors in the bathroom are very sloped/uneven. Upon arrival the backdoor was not locked which is a touch unnerving. Everything was fine inside.”

“This apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We paid less than a hotel for 10x the convenience and all the comforts of our own place. The weather turned nasty on checkout day and when we asked to extend our stay on short notice we were accommodated. Will definitely stay here again. ”
