“When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking……
