“Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately. Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle. Absolutely will stay again. “A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well. ”
