“The service was good, the room was clean and everything worked well in the room. I would definitely stay agian. Small things to improve. We stayed on the 8th floor and we were told to use the 9th floor breakfast lounge. The key to the elevator would not let us go beyong the 8th floor. “I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests.
