“Our Family stayed at this location in 2023 and looked forward to our return in 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island yet close enough to home to accomdate schedules etc.This location/Property is perfect for us (mooring) Beautiful spot allowing us to satisfy varied interests (boating, fishing, sunset cruises, beach, biking, exploring nature, etc...)”

“Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. ”

“I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……

“This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. We hope to be back again next summer!”
