“Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods. Enjoyed eating dinners at the table on deck. Enjoyed kayaking , especially the grandsons. Great communication with owner who answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely say here again.”

“We had a group of three couples in our late 30's who needed a place to relax and use as a homebase while exploring the region. This house was perfect! The view was breath-takingly stunning, and we were lucky enough to utilize the pool because the weather was so lovely. The hot tub was wonderful, and we used it several times. There were seat options to eat for six, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay again! The convenience to Safeway was……

“We spent a long weekend at this home with two families, 4 adults, 3 kids, and a small dog, and had a fantastic time. The house is well-designed, with ample space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen was a highlight: well-stocked, functional, and perfect for cooking and hanging out together.The location is excellent. It's just a short, scenic walk to downtown Guerneville and a great beach on the river. It was easy to explore the area without needing to drive much, and we appreciated……

“This place has spoiled me for any other rentals I've stayed in this vacation. The owners were great at communicating and offering advice on where to eat and what wineries to visit. There was also so many added touches to make the stay enjoyable. From turning on the AC before we came in to the coffee, water and wine and so much more. Also, there was the most comfortable chairs to sit in to have your coffee in the morning or to relax at night. I honestly didn't want to leave. Trust me on……

“Had a very cozy and private time in this property. Everything was as described, hot tub was excellent, kitchen was excellent, chill area couch was excellent. Small house is dramatically nestled into a set of giant redwood trees.A few things that weren't clear from the listing :- There is no management on premises, it is a standalone unit, not an ADU.- The master bedroom/living room/kitchen are heated by the fireplace in the main room, whereas the other bedrooms have their own temperature……

“No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay! We had our informational call when we got settled and by the end of the call I felt we’d been friends forever. She’s a wealth of knowledge on places to go,……
