“Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management”

The owners met us on arrival giving us a layout of Deland and what it offered. The tranqulity found was amazing, the poool, running warer allowed the sounds of nature to put us to sleep each night. A MUST stay if you are in thr area and is available. ”

“My work trip turned in to the most wonderful birthday vacation! The property was amazing. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The apartment was so beautiful, very private and cozy with all the conveniences of Home. We loved having access to all of the farm animals just far enough out of town to give the country feel but still close to all of the shopping conveniences. Five stars all the way and we will definitely be back!”

“Nice place easy to get to. Things that would better screen door should swing to right not left. Then you could use hand rail to climb the four steps, maybe a k-cup coffee maker. We would stay there again. Hostess was very friendly.”
