“This is my only complaint......I understand keeping up with shoveling during a snowstorm but the stairs leading to the parking area were solid snow and ice and not once did i notice them cleared on the several times I came and left the property. ”

My only ding would be for the breakfast which is that they had disposable cups in the dining room where they could have had regular cups like they did in the rooms/restaurant (environmentally friendly). Overall, awesome stay. ”
