“設備陳舊，地方不太方便。沒有電梯，不推薦，住另一間Basma比較好”

“地點很好，離亞斯文火車站很近（走5-10分鐘），櫃檯小姐讓我們能提早check in很不錯，飯店看不出來是2017年才落成的，給的房間景色不錯但冷氣壞掉，維修人員修了半小時還是沒冷氣才換房，換的房間等級有些落差，換到新房間，有兩個服務人員同時站在床頭折浴袍感覺很怪，不知是要小費還是房間尚未準備好。房間在照片上看起來跟實際有落差，有個很刺鼻的味道，不是很好聞，床單枕套也不是很乾淨（同行夥伴有嚴重過敏反應），浴室只有淋浴沒有蓮蓬頭不太方便，而且熱水忽冷忽熱，熱水需按一個開關，洗了一會兒冷水才問，應該提早告知。清潔的細節應再加強，地毯沙發椅子有非常多污漬有點噁心，因為訂的價格不算便宜，建議各方面都應該要提高標準。”

“Impossibilité de rester dans cet hôtel qui est dans un état déplorable. La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent. J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel. Client sur ce site depuis de nombreuses années, je ne comprends pas qu’il soit parmi les Hotel de ce……

“Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful.”

“Great location in Aswan close to the Nile and the barrage. We loved the amazing views on the Nile from the rooftop. Staff is very very gentle and accomodating. We had a big suite at the 1st store for us 5 with plenty of room. We will sure get back there if coming back to Aswan!! 10 min by car to philae's temple”
