“Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!”

Offer plain coffee pods-lots of choices, thanks, but no regular. Nothing on walls-stark. Consider changing "Charming 3 bedroom" to "Spacious 3 bedroom." Minor……

“First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin which had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and the place was very clean and well maintained. We do plan on staying there the next……

“The home is a classic midcentury ranch style with room for 2 couples. The new master bathroom is beautiful and if the weather is warm, the deck and backyard view would be great. It’s nice to have ample off street parking. The location is top rate. If you have the chance, Stella’s is a great burger place. Linens and towels are fresh and of good quality and quantity. If you plan on meal prep, you will need to bring mixing bowls and other baking items to be able to cook with ease. The……

“Great place to stay for a short visit! Seems to be brand new. Not items in the cabinet, which was fine for us since we had plans. Communication could have been better, WIFI code and specifics listed upon arrival for guests. Great parking area. Overall, a great place to stay! ”
