“Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel.”

“We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again.”

“It’s 20 minutes away from the city. However the WiFi here is SO weak, I even cannot see the pictures from Facebook. It said free WiFi when I book this hotel, but when I connected to the internet in hotel, it said only limited WiFi available.”

“位置非常靠近科学馆,比较市中心. 酒店停车费比较贵,但是运气好的话在附近能找到免费停车场. 总体来说是家非常不错的酒店.”

“Looks like a fairly new building, rooms were very comfortable and facilities in the room was very good. (Indction hob, oven and tea making) this property is used by a lot of university students but they are well behaved. 10 min walk to beach and good transport to city centre.”

“First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……

“New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.”

“The hotel is good, but the front desk staff are very bad. The manners are rude and arguing with clients, never never choice this hotel again, and not recommend to others.”
