“I stayed at the Guruvayoor Habitat Suite for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They greeted us with a welcome drink and made us feel truly valued with their respectful and polite service. “It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options.
