“Good kitchen, dining and living room (appliances, furniture and flooring) and ease of access to WiFi and garage. The living room, bedroom and kitchen walls need a paint refreash. Nice progress on landscaping, but mowing the grass will help. Also, sheer curtains and no blinds in the master, near an active highway, was "fixed" with a blanket over tge cutain rod.the curtain rod. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the train that runs throughout the night. The house is right by an intersection, so the train has to blow the horn as it passes over it. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when I needed to reach out.”

“Clean home. Kirsten was very responsive to our questions, on the phone or through Vrbo. Outside is very dark so if you are traveling with dogs, I suggest bringing a flashlight for early morning/late night outings. Very quiet area. Beds and pillows were on the soft side, noting if people like this. We loved that the home was close to everything that we needed; stores, restaurants, trails for dogs, and site seeing.”

“We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with……

“Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield.”
