“This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“We had such a great time at Blue Chill Cottage! The location was awesome—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it super easy with the kids. We really enjoyed having dinner out on the deck, and one night we even got to watch fireworks from there, which was such a fun surprise. The place was the perfect size for our family of four, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were also really quick to respond anytime we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!”

Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. ”
