“I flew with my family in to attend my graduation which was 40 minutes away from this location. We chose this area to relax prepare my big day. I arrived early and was able to to check in 2 hours early. The house was clean and I loved the decor. The only issues was there was ants because it was on the lower level, but management sent over all types of insect spray for me to use. It worked perfect. All the beds were comfortable. The city was quite and cute. We loved it. ”

“Just a quick weekend trip with the family but the property owners made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the best parts of the area. Right down the road from Hampton Beach, walking distance to all parts of Salisbury Beach, the amenities were perfect for a fantastic beach outing. The mattress in the bed room was very comfortable and the pull out was perfect for our two kids. Dog friendly was a huge plus for us. The owners were very responsive and genuinely cared for us to have a great time, and……

“This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.”

“This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter. Every room had a nautical touch and was big enough for one or two. Very comfortable. Kitchen was big and so cute. Beach access was a couple doors down. Thank you for a safe place to lay my head.”

“This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. ”

“Cozy little spot exactly as advertised just across the street from the ocean. Thin walls but ear plugs supplied which was a nice touch. Loved our quick little stay and would recommend for the price.”

“So the listing said that you could sleep four in this room but we were extremely cramped with just the two of us. There are no luggage racks or dresser so you will be living out of your suit case. The bed was comfy but it was a full size not a queen. We are fit people so it was a minor inconvenience for us, but if you’re big people, you will not be comfortable. Decor was eclectic. And parking is a major PITA. There are chairs right outside the window to sit and relax. But because……
