“The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. ”

“When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer……

“Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.”

“This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!”

“Great stay just a few minutes out of Manchester on a quiet residential street. There for a family wedding. Property spotless. Comfy blankets, water, coffee, all amenities were planned out. Would stay again in a heartbeat”

“This listing was directly on the beach. Impeccably clean. Can sit on the deck or in the living room and watch the waves. Easy walk out onto the beach. Hiking and biking trails nearby. During our stay (May2025) was cold, windy and a bit rainy. We played lots of board games and watched the ocean. Relaxing. Didn't get to use the grills or patio area. If you want more excitement... Walkable to breakfast (Mad Martha's) and bar / restaurants. My only issue was that the upstairs bedrooms are……

“We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is……
