“The Westin was amazing the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel location was perfect as there were places to eat within walking distance. There were a lot of parking spaces. The room service experience was great! The food was fresh and great. I highly recommend. ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”
