“We would recommend a new cleaning crew that does the refreshing of the property when a next guest comes in town ! But the owners have very kid friendly sleep options that me and my wife used the whole time kitchen appliances and utensils were great ! Space was a bit smaller than in pictures but nothing to complain about ! Also we had no problem staying in Oakland station but for those who don’t know do your research ! I think the owners did a good job renovation the home ! Wish it had more……

The entire place was clean and really did feel like home for the short time my brothers and I were in Atlanta. “The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

The property manager was quick to respond when we’d text or call. We appreciate the 11AM checkout. One suggestion would be to put the checkout instructions in a visible location. “Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
